Pressure regulator provides constant operating pressure in gas systems

Witt has introduced the 737 LE-HD/S dome-loaded pressure regulator for high-pressure applications. It offers constant gas pressure regardless of varying flow rates and upstream pressures.

The previously separate pilot pressure regulator now is integrated to ensure the stability of the dome outlet pressure. This design modification helps ensure stable conditions in the gas supply, even when the flow rates are particularly high or low.

Depending on the gas, the dome is rated for up to 4,350-PSI inlet pressure and delivers stable pressures as required from 29 to 725 PSI at its 1-in. outlet. Multiple gas supplies can be centrally controlled by means of a common pilot gas pressure.
