Rotary fixture marks cylindrical, multiple-sided parts

Kwik Mark Inc.'s KwikTurn rotary fixture is suitable for marking around cylindrical and multiple-sided parts. The modular construction features a base with an adjustable headstock and tailstock. The fixture can accommodate large and miniature products.

A hand-operated chuck requires no tools and is removable for special tooling applications, and the software controls the true surface speed of the diameter. The file-based controls include serial numbering; time stamps; graphics; 2-D data matrix; straight, angular, and arc text; and dot, stick, and arc fonts.
