Round-over dies round edges of fenders, custom panels

Van Sant Enterprises offers Ron Covell’s round-over dies for metal fabrication. Suitable for rounding edges of motorcycle fenders and custom panels for hot rods, the dies are precision-machined from heat-treated steel and can handle up to 16-ga. mild steel.

Rolls are available in four sizes: 0.3125, 0.5, 1, and 1.5 in. They can be purchased as a set or individually. Originally designed for the Pexto 622 rotary machine, they can be made to fit other brands of bead rollers and rotary machines when fitted with available adapter sleeves.
