Service app provides expert assistance at the press

Schuler has introduced a free service app that allows customers to use their smartphones to interact with the service department to get equipment questions answered. Experts at the company will assess images and videos sent to them via the app to help solve problems.

If a component needs to be replaced, the user can record it and send a part request to the service department. If necessary, users can call the service hotline directly from the app and, if desired, receive product information and service news on their phones.
