SPC software helps make data more accessible

Hertzler Systems Inc. has released the latest version of its GainSeeker® Suite SPC software. The new release makes disparate manufacturing data more accessible and actionable, states the company.

The platform contains applications for overall equipment efficiency (OEE), SPC, defect management, and overpack. It also includes a new browser-based analysis tool to analyze data from any device.

GS Analyze is a new browser-based analysis tool that delivers charts and analysis to a browser without the need to install software on the user’s computer. It operates over the Internet or a company’s intranet, making it easier to uncover and share insights with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

The Python-based integration platform was enhanced to extend the functionality of the PC Collect module. This includes support for OPC servers and RS-232 device profiles, expanding the number and variety of devices supported by the system.
