SPC software updated with efficiency dashboards

Zontec Inc. has released version 9.0 of its Synergy 1000™ SPC software. It features the new Key Performance Indicator dashboard, which allows users to assess, track, and analyze factors contributing to production efficiency at a glance. Improvements also have been made to the application that calculates and reports availability, performance efficiency, rate of quality product, and overall equipment effectiveness.

The modified auto note feature provides versatility as to what events will trigger an automatic prompt for a user to document assignable cause, corrective action, or other events that take place in the process. Additionally, the user can define the default number of ID and note fields applied to newly created data tables. Defining Pareto categories in a single setup window also has been improved.
