Stainless steel pump designed for high-flow circulation systems requiring moderate pressure

Binks offers the stainless steel EXEL™ pump, which is designed for high-flow circulation systems requiring moderate pressure.

The pump works with water- and solvent-borne fluids, catalyzed coatings, high-solid coatings, abrasive materials, and moisture-sensitive materials. It is suitable for highly filled tough-to-pump thixotrophic and shear-sensitive materials.

Available in three all-stainless-steel models with ratios of 4-to-5.1, the pump provides up to 6.85 GPM at 60 cycles per minute. It features a maximum inlet pressure of 100 PSI and a maximum working pressure of 450 PSI.

Features include stainless steel wetted fluid chambers with self-priming pistons and smooth internal passages with straight-through flow patterns. All pumps can be ordered with hard-chrome-plated stainless steel or ceramic-coated pistons with pressure-loaded wiper seals to help ensure a long service life with reduced maintenance.
