Table blast system has simplified access

Viking Blast & Wash Systems has released the 120T table blast system. The unit has two doors for simplified access.

The blast cabinet is constructed of ½-in. plate steel cut with a V-slot for loading and unloading access for an overhead crane. A removable safety screen protects the abrasive system from oversized contaminants. The doors are gasketed to provide a positive seal during operation and equipped with a pneumatically controlled latch that locks the door shut during the blast cycle.

The cabinet is lined with ½-in.-thick cast alloy plates, in line with blast stream and manganese alloy on the other walls. The doors are made of ¼-in. manganese alloy. The unit is equipped with four 15-in. VK Powermax 1500 15-HP blast wheels.
