Vacuum accessory keeps dust collection work areas clean

The Clean Sweep pneumatic vacuum accessory from Camfil Air Pollution Control (APC) adds a high-vacuum wand to a low-vacuum dust collector such as the Farr Gold Series® cartridge collector. The accessory unit removes fugitive dust from around the dust collector and adjacent work areas and sends it directly to the collector.
The unit uses a pneumatic vacuum pump that draws the dust into the collector through a vacuum hose system. The pump is powered by the same compressed-air line that cleans the dust collector filters, so no extra electricity is required. It creates a vacuum of up to 40 in. w.g. at 90 PSIG compressed air.
Dust enters the collector inlet before the channel baffles so that large particles will not contact the filter media. Shutoff valves ensure that the system is isolated from the collector when not in use and that the vacuum pump delivers compressed air only when the system is in operation.
The maintenance-free vacuum comes with flexible hosing, a floor sweep and crevice nozzle, pneumatic pump, and all other required components.
