Heat-eliminating cold gun is CE-compliant

In addition to producing a cold, quiet stream of air to reduce heat buildup in machining operations, Exair's Cold Gun Aircoolant System™ has met the safety, health, and environmental standards of the European Union to attain the CE mark.
The system incorporates a stainless steel vortex tube to convert an ordinary supply of compressed air into a 20-degrees-F air stream at one end and a hot exhaust at the other. There are no moving parts to wear out. A muffler reduces exhaust noise to 70 dBA.
A flexible ball-and-socket hose holds its position to direct the cold air to the point of use. A magnetic base helps simplify mounting and adds portability.
