Low-pressure nozzles nearly drip-free

Industrial Innovations offers patented Z-Nozzles, designed to be 99.5 percent drip-free to help eliminate waste in lubricant application. The nozzle assembly combines low pressure with high velocity. Fluid application is controlled through pressure, time, degree of pattern, and electronic programming of a simple machine interface.
Spray tips are interchangeable for a variety of spray angles — 25, 40, 65, 80, and 110 degrees — and volumes — from 0.1 to 0.4 GPM water at 40 PSI. The nozzle assembly is made from lightweight aluminum, but the spray nozzles also are available in brass, stainless, or plastic.
