New Ultralast™ wheels from Hamilton Caster are built to handle heavy loads with continuous, high-speed use. The industrial wheels are made from new polyurethane materials that minimize heat buildup, enabling them to roll smoothly and easily with loads up to 7,200 lbs.

The wheels are available in two designs. The Standard version has 0.375-in.-thick tread that is chemically bonded to a heavy-duty cast-iron center. The Super version incorporates a 1-in. tread molded to a super-heavy-duty forged steel center.

Custom wheel combinations also are available. The polyurethane can be molded to the manufacturer's cast-iron, forged steel, and aluminum centers on finished sizes from 3.25 to 20 in. dia.
