Sick Inc. offers the M4000 Advanced safeguarding system for point-of-entry applications for access protection to conveyor systems, palletizing equipment, and robotic workcells.

Using corner mirrors enables the system to protect up to four-sided applications such as an entire robot cell. No PC is required for the perimeter guard, which installs quickly. The integrated LED status indicator mounted on the end cap is visible from any direction.

The unit, paired with the UE403 muting module, forms a system for decentralized conventional muting applications involving automatic material transport.
