Process control monitor adjusts stamping process in real time

The EasyVision™ process control monitor from Brankamp Process Automation Inc., suitable for stamping machines and presses, enables stamping operators to optimize production by monitoring a visual image of the stamping process and adjusting it in real time.

According to the manufacturer, the monitor can increase machine production by up to 30 percent and correct difficult-to-detect asymmetrical tool loads. With the user-programmable safety limits, a stamping machine switches off as soon as the safety limit is exceeded.

The monitor can be retrofitted on any stamping machine and can prevent damage caused by program, setup, or user error.
