Transition notch press handles blank widths to 44 in.

Marion Die & Fixture, a member of The Bradbury Group of companies, has introduced a transition notch press designed for a 44-in. maximum blank width. The press and die produce a lead/trail industry-standard notch pattern. Dedicated die sets for specific profiles are available. A hydraulic power unit is included.

The operator manually positions a precut blank and activates a foot pedal switch to cycle the press. One cycle produces lead/trail notched blanks that are ready to be formed on a press brake or trim folder, producing a notched endwall flashing, notched upper gambrel flashing, or notched lower gambrel flashing.
