Software enhanced to better manage measuring data in real time
Mitutoyo America Corp. has released MeasurLink™ 8.0, which builds on the functionality of the previous version to allow operators to collect data from most measuring instruments and analyze, monitor, and manage the results in real time.
The latest version reintroduces the Gage Management module, along with support for managing multiple measurement specifications. The module assists users in developing, maintaining, organizing, and managing information about the gauges, including service intervals, GR&R dates, recall dates, and general gauge event history.
The software is available with floating/concurrent license options for multiseat packages. Upgrades can be integrated during installation or added to an existing installation.
All version 8 editions ship with a copy of Microsoft® SQL Server Express Edition 2014 SP 1, which can be used in stand-alone or work group installations. The software is supported on all Windows® 7 and Windows 8 versions, both 32-bit and 64-bit.
