Software interface automates positioning system for length measurement

TigerStop offers TigerTouch software for fully automated material processing. The software couples with the TigerStop positioning system for length measurement on cutoff, punching, boring, and machining equipment.

The software provides a visual representation of the material process, allowing for greater control and customization on the manufacturing floor. It is equipped with the Microsoft® Surface Pro 3 tablet with a 12-in. touchscreen.

The software supports both push-feed and set-point cut lists from manual to fully automatic processing. The program allows the user to download cut lists straight from the office. The software then can optimize all the material in the cut list, on-the-fly, based on the operator’s specific needs.
