Coupling starter accommodates pipe diameters to 13.375 in.

Brandt Engineered Products offers a coupling screw-on machine for screwing a coupling onto a pipe end before full torquing.
The automatic machine is controlled from a touchscreen operator station. It uses electrical and pneumatic actuators to stage and then screw on the coupling, accommodating pipe diameters from 2.375 to 13.375 in. and lengths from 20 to 48 ft.
Encoders and VFDs allow couplings to be threaded on to a user-defined distance. An HMI trending screen shows real-time feedback of torque, position, and speeds.
