Multipurpose beveling machine offered

February 13, 2007

CS Unitec's beveling machine bevels, deburrs, and chamfers steel, stainless steel, nonferrous metals, and brass.

The compact, lightweight machine is designed to be used with two interchangeable milling cutter heads that offer a choice of two beveling angles: 30 degrees or 45 degrees. A fine-adjustment feature on the tool allows for slight chamfers when deburring for welding seam preparation.

The machine has a 10-amp motor with soft start and overload protection. It weighs less than 11 lbs. and is useful for preparing weld seams, deburring machine parts, creating visible edges, and chamfering edges to protect against paint peeling.

Standard equipment includes the machine, a 30 degree or 45 degree milling head and two inserts, SW22 key, carrying case, and user's manual. The other milling head can be purchased separately and used with the same machine.
