Pipe/tube cutting and profiling system designed for handrail, fencing fabrication - TheFabricator.com

VERNON Tool™ Co., a Lincoln Electric subsidiary, offers pipe and tube cutting and profiling systems for use in the handrail and fencing fabrication market. The MasterTube™ Cutter (MTC) and MasterPipe™ Profiler (MPP) models are suitable for small to medium-sized shops.

The five-axis MTC offers the capacity for 1- to 8-in. round (1- to 12-in. OD) and rectangular (7.5-in. cross section) pipe and tube cutting with either plasma or oxyfuel. With a servo-driven rotating chuck, the cutter provides rotation and longitudinal motion, and its two additional profiling axes allow for torch angle and linear motion.

The two-axis MPP can handle cutting and profiling operations for pipe with ODs from 1 to 12 in. and lengths up to 40 ft.

Setup, programming, and cutting are consolidated into one operation for both of the systems.
