Portable machine bevels pipe from 1.5 to 10 in. in diameter

Steelmax Tools LLC has introduced the PRO 10PB/PBE portable pipe beveling machine. Available in pneumatic and electric versions, the machine can bevel pipe diameters from 1.5 to 10 in. Its lightweight, compact design allows it to be set up and operated by a single user.

Using a self-centering, ID-mounted mandrel, the unit performs beveling, facing, counterboring, and J-groove weld preparation. The toolholders feature an open design to allow full viewing of machining operations for simultaneous facing, beveling, and counterboring operations.
