Tube end forming machines use segmented sizing tools

R&B Machining Inc. offers the XR line of tube end forming equipment.
The XR and XR-I/O expanding/reducing machines use segmented sizing tools. The I/O model sizes the ID and OD of the tube simultaneously and can be used to hold tighter tolerances than the XR.
The X-VR vise and ram former forms flares, closed beads, and other special tubing shapes. The X-TN is a pneumatic tube notched for slotting and notching tube ends.
All the machines use Parker cylinders and Allen-Bradley PLCs, as well as standardized drop-in tooling.
