Tube straighteners process alloy steel tubes, aluminum

Bronx Taylor Wilson Ltd. has installed a 10CR5 10-roll tube-straightening machine at Shuan Hwa, Taiwan. The machine is being used to process alloy steel tubes up to 85 mm in diameter at speeds of up to 90 MPM.

The company also has installed a model 10CR6 machine at Alcoa's Pimalco Division in Arizona. The machine is being used to straighten aluminum product ranging from ¾ to 6 in. in diameter as part of an automotive workcell.
