Automated bundling system works with mills running up to 650 FPM

FD Machinery offers an automated bundler that keeps pace with mills running up to 650 FPM. It has the smallest footprint of any automated bundling system available, according to the manufacturer.

One hands-free bundler collects the tubes, stacks them into square or hexagonal bundles, bands them, and stacks the bundles. The only labor involved is the material handler at the end of the mill who moves the bundles into the warehouse.
