Cutting line processes 15,000 tubes per hour
Bewo Cutting Systems B.V. offers the SigmaSC cutting line. In stand-alone configuration, the machine cuts up to 15,000 tubes per hour.
The cutting machine carries out adjustments automatically and chooses maximum efficiency when changing over. Changeover of tube length, diameter, and clamping jaw takes no longer than 10 min., the company reports. Changing the saw blade takes 3 min.
The system can be connected to a stacking robot, which also processes product specifications automatically.
