Deburring machine works with large-diameter, short-length tubing

Kent Corp.'s Burrmaster model 10 automatically deburrs both ends of large-diameter, short-length tubing simultaneously.
Capable of deburring tubing from 1.7 in. O.D. to 4.756 in. O.D., lengths from 2 in. to 60 in., and wall thicknesses from 0.125. 0.750, the machine has quick adjustment mechanisms with built-in scales for simple changeover. It can deburr large tubing at rates of up to 1,200 pieces per hour.
The machine's disc transfer system enables tubing that is larger in outside diameter than length to be deburred automatically at a high rate, the company says.
