Orbital stretch wrap machine secures loads on forks, forklift

Yellow Jacket LLP has improved its 87-in. 110® orbital wrap machine for securing any standard, oversized, or odd-shaped palletized loads on the forks or forklift.

Loads are wrapped and secured as a horizontally positioned stretch-wrap dispenser moves around and under a load as the unit is manually advanced across the length of the load.

The upright supports have been turned and moved out for full ring use, increasing the overall load size capacity, and the direct-drive motor increases ring speed. The wide design (114 in. by 92 in. by 98 in.) adds stability, and bolted, mainframe connections have been replaced with welded connection to reduce vibration and increase strength, the company reports.
