Waterjet system comes in ready-to-build kit

WARDJet offers WARDKit™ waterjet systems. Featuring the same construction and engineering as the manufacturer’s Emerald series, these machines are designed to be a cost-effective option for shops looking to add waterjet capabilities. The user builds the machine by following instructions after completing comprehensive training at the manufacturer’s facility.

The kit includes one Z-axis with cutting head, a ruby orifice, a standard mini hopper, one seat of WARDCAM software, high-pressure tubing from cutting head to pump, abrasive feed tubing, 2,200 lbs. of abrasive, and a PC-based laptop preloaded with Ikuhlu and WARDCAM software.

The machines accommodate most standard-sized materials. They are available with cutting envelopes of 2 by 2 ft., 5 by 5 ft., and 5 by 10 ft. with indexing capabilities that handle much larger sheets.

Operators can load material through the table in both directions, as well as work from the front or back of the machine.
