Gas mixer with integrated moisture measurement introduced

Witt has introduced new gas mixers with integrated moisture measurement. They continuously monitor the moisture content of the gas mixture as it is fed into the process. When a certain configurable limit of moisture is exceeded, an alarm can be triggered.

The mixers feature a ceramic metal oxide sensor that detects the moisture of the gas from the dew point. This method provides fast measurements, low sensitivity to the ambient temperature, low errors of measurement, and measurements from -166 to 68 degrees F. The closed control loop of the gas mixers helps ensure precise composition of the gas mixture.
