West Salem Tool & Die Inc. was founded in 1974 as a 2,400-sq.- ft. tool and die shop. Specializing in industrial tooling, dies, and fixtures, it now occupies 19,000-sq.-ft. An innovative machine shop, it is a temperature-controlled facility, which provides an excellent working environment for our employees and stable machining conditions for our materials. Employee experience ranges from 10 years all the way up to 25 years. The company is a technical leader in the following areas: Machine design and build, fixture design and build, tooling design and build, custom machining and tool development, engineered and installed electrical control packages/upgrades, custom hydraulic package design and implementation, safety design and safety equipment installation.
