3DEO uses its patented Intelligent Layering® metal 3D printing technology to supply small, complex stainless steel components to customers in the medical, defense, aerospace, and industrial equipment markets. Parallel to its production business, 3DEO also operates an R&D center.

In addition to part manufacturing and machine leasing, 3DEO offers technical expertise in sintering, powder metallurgy, mechanical engineering, materials science, and additive manufacturing.

The company provides assistance with part design optimization, material selection, specifications, properties, and fabrication characteristics. Secondary operations include heat treating, vibratory deburring, sizing/coining, machining, and steam treating.
