Core Technologie offers additive manufacturing software suite

The 4D_Additive Manufacturing software suite allows 3D models from all common CAD formats to be read and prepared for additive manufacturing processes directly as an exact, intelligent, and light B-Rep geometry, according to the software’s developer, Core Technologie.

The software reads CAD data from 24 different formats, including Catia, NX, SOLIDWORKS, Creo, Inventor, STEP, and JT. Old or already existing models can be imported from 3MF, AMF, and STL. And CAD models optimized for 3D printing and nested on build plates can be saved in all common formats, like 3MF, AMF, and STL, along with common slicing formats—CLI, SLI, ABF, SVG, SLS, USF, and G-code.
