Oryx introduces chemical for removing 3D printing filament

A chemical cleaning agent called src1 is capable of removing support structures built during filament-style additive manufacturing processes at speeds up to two times faster than other products, according to the manufacturer, Oryx Additive.

The no-mess cleaning agent quickly dissolves and cleans SR-30 support material from FFF/FDM-printed surfaces. The company says the cleaner, which comes individually packaged, complements its sca1200ht and sca3600 support-removal systems.
