Get the LISSMAC Edge – Deburring, edge rounding, and surface finishing of flat sheet metal

LISSMAC stands for innovation, experience, and quality made in Germany. We manufacture all our machine components and tools with the highest precision at our factory/company headquarters, located in Bad Wurzach. Intensive research and development fuel our innovative edge.

LISSMAC has set new standards in sheet metal processing. In the early 2000’s LISSMAC was searching for a machine for its own production to remove oxide layers on all laser cut edges. Previously, there were no systems on the market providing this processing method in an economic manner, and with the required quality. LISSMAC therefore relied on its in-house know-how and proprietary development. Today LISSMAC is a leading supplier of metal processing machinery.

The innovative machine concept of our SBM series is based on a two-sided processing method, which allows sheet metal parts to be treated on both sides in just one single pass. We offer applications for oxide removal, grinding, deburring, deslagging, and edge rounding.

Furthermore, our SMW and SMD series offer solutions for superior surface finishing, deburring, and edge rounding, with flexible tooling configurations, for single-sided applications in a wet or dry process.

In addition to its Metal Processing division, LISSMAC features a broad portfolio of diverse applications through its three additional business divisions - Construction Technology, MT Handling (Manipulators and Handling Systems), and Plant Engineering, with more than 300 employees worldwide, at 4 locations in Germany, the USA, and China.
