Threaded Fasteners joins forces with Bolt & Nut Inc.
Threaded Fasteners Inc. (TFI), Mobile, Ala., has acquired Bolt & Nut Inc., a Tampa, Fla.-based manufacturer and distributor of fasteners.
The TFI team has merged with the 21 employees of Bolt & Nut to do business at the 50,000-sq.-ft. Bolt & Nut location to serve commercial and industrial clients in Florida and the southeastern U.S.
