Jenfab announces management additions

Mark Proffitt

Jenfab Cleaning Solutions, Springfield, Mo., a manufacturer of aqueous parts washing systems, has hired Mark Proffitt as plant manager and Kirsten Tuter as quality manager.

Proffitt previously worked as vice president of operations for Baker Mfg. Co. in Alexandria, La. He also has served as a professional manufacturing consultant, plant manager, and director of manufacturing at other companies and as a fire control specialist for the U.S. Navy. He holds an MBA from Columbus University and a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the Navy Campus Program.

Before joining the company, Tuter was quality manager at Jarden Plastic Solutions. She also has held positions as a stainless steel fabricator, mechanical designer/drafter, quality specialist, and senior quality specialist. She has an associate degree in mechanical design and drafting from Red Rocks Community College and has earned the American Society of Quality’s certifications as a certified quality inspector, certified lead internal auditor, and certified quality technician.
