Mid Atlantic Machinery installs fabricating equipment at Gottstein Corp.

Mid Atlantic Machinery, a machine tool distributor in Harrisburg, Pa., has delivered several fabricating machines to Hazleton, Pa.-based Gottstein Corp., a mechanical contractor for the food and beverage industry.

The equipment includes an OMAX Maxiem 1530 waterjet system for a variety of machining applications, a Bend-Tech A400 Dragon tube plasma cutter for fabricating handrails and platforms, and an HE&M VT100LM-60 vertical semiautomatic band saw for cutting heavy beams to make design elements more efficient in structural steel.

Gottstein’s services include process and packaging systems, material handling and conveyor services, process piping manufacturing and installations, rigging, equipment relocation, emergency repair, complete turnkey project management, facility preventive maintenance, and contract maintenance.
