Bull Moose Tube hires sales VP, director

Bull Moose® Tube, a manufacturer of steel pipe and tube based in St. Louis, has announced a change in leadership of its sales team. The company has hired Jeff Strobach as vice president of sales and Eric Hickert as director of sales and distribution.

Strobach, who joined the company in 2018, is responsible for the commercial strategy and leadership of the 40-member sales team, including sales leadership coaching, strategic account/market development, and distribution-strategy design. He served in similar roles at Barry-Wehmiller, Duke Mfg., and SLP.

Hired in January 2019, Hickert is responsible for managing and facilitating distributor rebate programs; calling on key distributors; coaching, mentoring, and training new and existing employees; and overseeing the company’s field sales staff. He is a manufacturing industry veteran with extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans, working previously at SloanLED and General Electric Lighting.
