Ametek elects VP/GM of Specialty Metal Products Division
Ametek Inc., Berwyn, Pa., has announced that its board of directors has elected Thomas J. Matway as vice president and general manager, Specialty Metal Products Division.
Matway has been division vice president, sales and marketing for Specialty Metal Products since joining the company in 2016. Previously he served as vice president and general manager of the Precision Strip and Specialty Coiled Products business at Allegheny Technologies. Before that he held roles of increasing responsibility at Alcoa.
Matway has a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering and material science from Carnegie Mellon University.
