Belvac acquires Rosario Can Technology

Lynchburg, Va.-based Belvac Production Machinery Inc., a manufacturer of continuous motion rotary machinery for beverage, food, and aerosol can manufacturing, has acquired Rosario Can Technology, Dongen, Netherlands.

Rosario is a designer, developer, and manufacturer of decorators, base coating machinery, and associated replacement parts for the production of beverage, food, and aerosol cans. The firm also is a service provider and equipment rebuilder focused on previously installed can decorator machines.
