Ecolab sells Fab-Tech business unit to Dragon Products
Ecolab Inc. has announced it has sold its Fab-Tech business unit, a part of Ecolab’s Global Energy segment based in Casper, Wyo., that performs custom design, engineering, and fabrication of oilfield equipment, to Dragon Products Ltd.
Based in Beaumont, Texas, Dragon Products manufactures mission-critical products serving the energy industry.
