Metcam wins Manufacturers of Distinction and Leadership Award

Alpharetta, Ga.-based sheet metal fabricator Metcam Inc. has been named the winner of a Manufacturers of Distinction and Leadership Award, presented by the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and the South Forsyth Rotary Club in Georgia.

The awards recognize exceptional, local companies involved in the manufacturing, processing, or distribution of tangible products.

Metcam won the award in the new Environmental Sustainability category, which honors companies that work toward zero waste, no environmental impact, and global competitiveness.

All winners are submitted to the Georgia Manufacturer of the Year for consideration for the state awards in April 2019. In 2018 Gov. Deal named Metcam Inc. as Small Manufacturer of the Year.
