Atkore International Group acquires Rocky Mountain Colby Pipe Co.
Atkore International Group Inc. announced that it has acquired the assets of Rocky Mountain Colby Pipe Co., a PVC conduit and duct products provider sold under the Cor-Tek brand name.
Rocky Mountain Colby Pipe, Pendleton, Ore., will continue operating at its current location. The company offers a complete line of PVC conduit and duct products available in ½ to 8 in. dia. and in 10- 20-ft. lengths that meet UL, NEMA, and ASTM specifications.
Atkore International Group Inc. delivers integrated electrical systems for steel, PVC, and aluminum conduit; armored cable and flexible conduits; metal framing; wire baskets; cable trays; and complementary products including fittings and mechanical tube.
