Sisma DLP 3D printers feature build platforms that self-align, self-zero

Sisma S.p.A. has introduced two digital-light-processing 3D printers for building resin parts. Both models, the Everes Zero and Everes Uno, incorporate build platforms that self-align and self-zero before every print cycle, eliminating the need for operator recalibration. The DLP printers also feature a resin vat that resists deterioration caused by the photo-curing process, automatic resin loading and unloading, and click-and-make software. Intended primarily for the industrial, medical, dental, and jewelry sectors, the build area of the Zero is 96 by 154 millimeters and the Uno’s measures 124.8 by 70.2 mm.

Sisma, based in Vicenza, Italy, has a U.S. division in Pine Brook, N.J. (telephone: 973-214-9970). The company plans to display the printers at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, scheduled for Jan. 8-11, 2019.
