LVD Strippit introduces Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro press brake

LVD Strippit has introduced the Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro high-speed, electric-drive press brake. The 40-ton press brake features a 59-in. working length and a 5-axis backgauge. Able to bend at speeds of up to 1 IPS, the machine can be combined with an industrial robot to create a compact, high-speed robotized bending cell (Dyna-Cell) for automated bending operations.

The electric ram offers a smooth transition from approach to working speed and helps minimize power consumption through the use of an optimal power-to- inertia-motor ratio. The coupling between the ram and the servomotors is made using two heavy-duty ball screws to distribute force and tonnage evenly across the working length.

Features include vertical removal tooling, seated or standing operation, an Iris Lazer Safe guarding system, and a 15-in. Touch-B touchscreen control.
