Eckardt’s EOS Move spray nozzle system aids manual blank lubrication

Eckardt Systems has introduced a new spray nozzle system for manual blank lubrication: EOS Move. With this system, the spray bar moves, not the blank, which enables the entire process of blank insertion, lubrication, and removal to be conducted in less working space.

Measuring 2.2 by 1.6 by 1 m and weighing 500 kg in the standard version, the system can be fixed on the floor or mounted on reels for mobile use. It processes blanks of up to 600 by 600 mm in size. The standard configuration includes 2 by 6 spray nozzles attached to the spray bar.
