Dake introduces SE 5X6 RCT and SE 5X8 horizontal band saws

Dake Corp. has added two new benchtop horizontal band saws. The semiautomatic SE 5X6 RCT model comes with gravity down-feed and reverse cutting technology, while the SE 5X8 is a manual-feed system with a two-speed motor.

The saws cut metal rounds, flats, and tubes in the field. With two handles on each base, they can be set on a cart and wheeled onto the production floor or placed in the back of a truck for cutting up to 6-in. rounds on a worksite.

The saws come with miter capabilities, a blade tension indicator, and a cut speeds and feed guide.
