Exair’s 1/8 NPT external-mix spray nozzles coat, cool, treat, and paint

Exair’s new 1/8 NPT small external-mix spray nozzles atomize fluids up to 25 gal./hr. They can be used on liquids with a viscosity up to 800 centipoise. The nozzles, available in a narrow-angle, flat-fan pattern, are suitable for heavy application of a thicker liquid over a narrow band. They combine liquid and compressed air to create a coating of liquid that can be adjusted to meet the needs of an application.

The nozzles can be used to coat, cool, treat, and paint a variety of products. Used with water or coolant, they provide even cooling of hot items in automated processes. Since they are external-mix, airflow and liquid flow can be controlled independently.
