Line card from Force Control Industries presents oil shear brakes and clutches

A two-page line card from Force Control Industries provides an overview of its clutches, brakes, and clutch/brakes featuring oil shear technology. This technology transmits torque through transmission fluid in shear between the multiple friction discs and drive plates. This helps reduce wear of the friction material, while recirculating the fluid removes the heat of engagement.
