HFT Pipestoppers’ steel test plugs offer heavy-duty leak testing

Huntingdon Fusion Techniques HFT®’s Pipestoppers® division offers steel test plugs for blocking pipes for heavy-duty leak testing, sealing, and stopping.

The plugs can be used for low-pressure testing and plugging pipes, pipelines, and pipework fabrications and other orifices between 2 and 48 in. dia.

The plugs are suitable for applications that require long immersion in water, use at high temperatures, or contact with acidic or alkaline environments. They are available as single and double models with sealing rings made from Viton®, silicon, or natural rubber for resistance to different temperatures and chemicals.
